10 January 2023 - 150 students were awarded the Dean’s List for their excellent academic achievements in the semester of March 2021/2022. Excellent students undergoing their studies for a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Computer Science attended the ceremony and received their Dean’s List Award.

This time, a slight change was made in the ceremony by incorporating a career talk to expose the students to their potential careers in computing after graduation. The ceremony was attended by Mr Lee Keng San, Finexus’s Product Director and Mrs Vivian Ng Siew Yin, the CEO Management Office Manager, who visited UUM and officiated the Food Bank Programme later after the ceremony. Mrs. Ng delivered the career talk along with two UUM alumni working with Finexus, Ms. Nazmeen Adila Johari and Mr. Chin Yi Yuen. Ms. Nur Hani Dayana Tambizi, a talent acquisition executive, also attended the session.
