The Building Social Research Capacities in Higher Education Institutions in Lao PDR (BRECIL)’s Kick-Off Meeting had been held at LAOS on 3-8 April 2018. Project known as Building Social Research Capacities in Higher Education Institutions in Lao PDR (BRECIL), the grant is led by Asia-Europe Institute (AEI) which is hosted by University of Malaya. The aims of the project are to build research capacity in Laos universities and to innovate new research development through ICT, besides to enhance research governance in Malaysia and Laos.
