Teamwork is a critical factor that facilitates effective leadership and organisational management. As most of the School of Computing (SOC) management team members are new in their role, a team building session was organised to assist everyone to know each other and, therefore, could communicate and function effectively. In meeting this objective, a session with UUM’ counsellor Puan Noorul 'Adilah Che Hamzah was arranged to understand the individual personality so that everyone could work together as a high-performance team. The team members were able to know the personality traits of other members using Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
